Refunds may be made within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price, minus shipping charges, with receipt.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is a result of an error on our part.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging, when possible.
Refunds are credited to the same card that the original purchase was made on.
Exchanges may be made within 90 days of delivery. Shipping fees will apply on exchanged merchandise.
If returning an item without a receipt, an exchange can be made with another item of equal value.
Please include a short note with all returns stating the reason for return/exchange.
